THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES APPLY TO RETURNS AND WARRANTY EVENTS
 
We only sell certified, first-class hand hygiene products. Should a problem arise with our products despite quality controls, we are at your side at any time - even after the official guarantee period - quickly and easily.
We have a modern repair center and are able to carry out any repairs within 24 hours of receipt.
 
IMPORTANT: Returns will only be accepted and processed if they have been sent to us with a return delivery note created in advance by the BAVIREX team. To do this, please proceed as follows:
 
1. Call or email (with photo / video) describing the fault as precisely as possible.
2. In many cases, our support team can solve the problem quickly and easily by phone or email. Should a repair be necessary, our team will create a corresponding return delivery note for you.
3. After receiving the return delivery note, send the defective product well packaged to the address given.
4. The repair center strives for a quick and uncomplicated processing. As a rule, defective products are repaired the same day they are received in the mail and returned to the customer by mail
 
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY BAVIREX PRODUCTS WITHOUT PREVIOUSLY REGISTERING. WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN NOTE AND A RETURN LABEL. NOT REVOUSLY REGISTERED RETURNS CAUSE SIGNIFICANT PROCESSING DELAYS AND ADDITIONAL COSTS.
