Placing the right dispenser system in a suitable place is the be-all and end-all of a functioning hygiene protection. It is not the number of installed hand hygiene systems that is decisive, but their positioning at the critical points. It can make sense to position a dispenser outside the toilet so that you can disinfect your hands after leaving the washroom (i.e. after touching the possibly contaminated door handle when leaving the premises).

At a cafeteria it makes sense to place a dispenser system at the entrance (i.e. before the visitors to the buffet e.g. use the coffee machine buttons) and a dispenser at the cash register (after having had bills and coins in their hands).
